What is the best way to prepare for the Microsoft Project 2010 Exam 70-178? Microsoft Project 2010 (MSP 2010) is much more complex than Microsoft Project 2007 (MSP 2007) due to the introduction of manual scheduling in MSP 2010. In MSP 2007, it was only automatic scheduling where one had to learn the nuances of how the software scheduled for you based on factors like work effort, resources, dependencies, and constraints. In MSP 2010, even though it's easier to get started because you have to simply document your plan 'as is' in terms of estimates, etc. When it's time to let MSP 2010 schedule for you, converting the tasks from manual to automatic scheduling leads to unpredictability.
